OC Ministry Partners' Update

Feb. 2021

Dear friends.

Thank you, everyone, for your Prayers and Support for OC and our various missionaries and ministries.  In the middle of 2020, it was looking like it would be a very challenging year for OC financially.  However, by the end of December, OC's annual income was $15,000 more than in 2019. Substantial giving in the last quarter and reduced spending helped us finish the year strong and eliminate some previous years' deficits.  Thank you for the support you gave to our missionaries almost every missionary finished the year with a surplus to help start 2021 well.

Many people gave to our special project in India last fall, and we raised close to $30,000 for this unique project.  Ronald reports that they have already employed two young ladies, and there are five more in training.  They have also provided food to 42 elderly people who "have no means for survival and have been abandoned due to the COVID crisis." Thank you for your help. We look forward to seeing more girls rescued, trained, and equipped to care for themselves this year.

We are also nearing our first goal to launch the Jesus cares outreach in Canada this year.  Our project budget is $270,000, but we will start running ads as soon as we have the first $30,000.  Over 350 people are currently responding to the gospel every day in the USA through the Jesus cares campaigns there.  Our first Canadian church partners are signed up, coaches are trained, and we are working with partners to provide French ads and follow-up later this year.  Please, if you are able, help us reach our first goal so the Canadian campaign can begin.

OC is also excited to have added a new ministry partner focused on the Middle East.   We will be working with them to provide discipleship and leadership training for Farsi speaking believers.  We have also welcomed a new missionary who will be deployed soon to East Asia.  She is currently on hold due to COVID travel restrictions.

We are very excited about 2021.  We don't expect things to go back to the way they used to be, but we are thrilled with the new opportunities that lie before us.  I will keep you posted!

Blessed to serve with you,

Dr. Craig Kraft
